  • SHADOWING INTERVIEWS: We attend interviews to make a warm introduction and ensure everything goes off without a hitch. This process also allows us to pivot should we pick up on any nuances needed for a person to be successful. We are constantly evolving and improving.
  • ONBOARDING: We manage the onboarding process for all our hires. This includes coordinating with your internal teams to ensure that all new hire requirements are fulfilled and that your new team members make a smooth transition to their new roles and company
  • PROACTIVE FOLLOW-UPS: A standard cadence of check-ins with our new hires and client managers helps clarify any coaching and/or feedback that will improve the success of our placements. Our goal is the long-term success of every hire we make and the team they become a part of.
